The following evaluation is a sample version of the Online Advisor Evaluation introduced at North Central College during spring, 2006 priority registration. Students link to the live version of this evaluation from their campus computer accounts and must submit the evaluation or select the opt-out button at the end of the evaluation before they are cleared to register.
